Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Terms and Conditions

The consumer (buyer) acknowledges that he is buying used goods that may show signs of use. Discs are supplied without pressure sensors (TPMS) as standard, unless otherwise stated in the menu.

By concluding the purchase contract, the consumer confirms that he has thoroughly familiarized himself with all the information contained in the offer and has compared it with the technical capabilities of his vehicle. The purchase of discs and wheels whose dimensions do not correspond to the prescribed dimensions for the given vehicle is the buyer’s responsibility.

3.1. The photos of the goods placed in the web interface of the store (including Bazoš.cz, Sbazar.cz) show the actual condition of the goods, the customer is guided by the seller to look at the photos thoroughly before placing the order.

3.2. The web interface of the store contains information about the goods, including the prices of the individual goods and the costs for returning the goods, if these goods cannot by their nature be returned by the usual postal route. The prices of the goods remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the web interface of the store. This provision does not limit the seller’s ability to conclude a purchase contract under individually agreed conditions.

3.3. The web interface of the store also contains information about the costs associated with the packaging and delivery of the goods. The information on the costs associated with the packaging and delivery of the goods listed in the web interface of the store is valid only in cases where the goods are delivered within the territory of the Czech Republic.

3.4. To order goods, the buyer fills out the order form in the store’s web interface or sends the order by e-mail/SMS message. The order form mainly contains information about:

3.4.1. ordered goods (the ordered goods are “put” by the buyer into the electronic shopping cart of the store’s web interface),

3.4.2. method of payment of the purchase price of the goods, information on the required method of delivery of the ordered goods and

3.4.3. information about the costs associated with the delivery of the goods (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “order”).

3.5. Before sending the order to the seller, the buyer is allowed to check and change the data entered by the buyer in the order, also taking into account the buyer’s ability to detect and correct errors that occurred when entering data into the order. The buyer sends the order to the seller by clicking the ” ” button. The data listed in the order they are deemed correct by the seller. Immediately after receiving the order, the seller will confirm this receipt to the buyer by e-mail, to the buyer’s e-mail address specified in the user account or in the order (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer’s e-mail address”).

3.6. The seller is always entitled, depending on the nature of the order (quantity of goods, amount of the purchase price, estimated shipping costs), to ask the buyer for additional confirmation of the order (for example, in writing or by telephone).

Obecně platí, že u použitého zboží máte právo reklamovat pouze vady, které jsou na věci už v době, kdy ji převezmete (i když se projeví později), pokud vás na ně prodejce předem neupozornil. S reklamací vad nesmíte vyčkávat, máte povinnost si zboží zkontrolovat a případné vady prodejci vytknout bez zbytečného odkladu.
